Four people feared dead at Rimin Auzinawa, Ungogo Local Government Area of Kano State, following a violent clash with security operatives over the demolition of properties which was carried out around 10 pm on Sunday night An eye witness who preferred anonymity however disclosed that the  victims were reportedly shot dead by security personnel after residents resisted the demolition  of their buildings. The Kano State government has committed N2,500,000,000.00 to conduct quarterly mass weddings across the 44 local government areas of the state in 2025. An officer of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Kano State Command, sustained injuries during a targeted operation to apprehend two suspected drug dealers in the Bebeji Local Government Area of the state.
