Kano state governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has directed the closure of all Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) accounts, citing lack of transparency and corruption. He gave the order on Wednesday,during an interactive session with stakeholders on Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) at the Government House, the Governor expressed frustration with the manual management of MDAs accounts, leading to multiple expenditures and corruption.
