New Dangote varsity pro-chancellor,promises to transform challenges, into opportunities

The newly appointed Pro-Chancellor of Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology, Hon. Justice Abdu Aboki, has promised to strive with commitments,to turn around the challenges of the institution into opportunities.

Making this known in his inaugural speech, Justice Aboki, stated that his appointment was not just a personal milestone but a significant moment in the journey of Aliko Dangote varsity.

According to him, “The journey ahead will not be without its obstacles, but I am confident that with your support and a shared commitment to our goals, we will succeed”.

He therefore emphasized that ” As
“we journey together in concert towards impacting and making positive contributions towards the wellbeing of this university, I have no doubt in the immense potential that lies in our students, management and the community at large in taking this university to greater heights,” .

He then called on all to collectively harness the strengths and resources available to transform challenges into opportunities for the benefit of Kano state and country.

He however hinted that ” It is
important that we make a difference; to leave a lasting impact on future generations and to elevate Aliko Dangote University to new heights,” .

He commended the state governor Alhaji Abba Yusuf for the appointment, saying, “having spent the better part of my adult life in

the public service, I feel elated for this opportunity to continue my service in this  new capacity.”

However,commenting on his vision as the pro-chancellor of the university, Justice Aboki said the indispensable course of action was to cultivate an environment where academic excellence thrives, where students are not only equipped with theoretical and practical knowledge but are also inspired to become leaders in their respective fields.

He urged all his teams and other
“Let us embark on this journey with a renewed sense of purpose and determination,”
