Justice Inyang Edem Ekwo of the Federal High Court, Abuja, has dismissed a suit seeking the removal of Dr Abdullahi Ganduje as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress,( APC). The Kano State Executive Council (SEC) has approved the conversion of Sa’adatu Rimi University of Education, Kumbotso, to Sa’adatu Rimi College of Education and as a degree awarding institution.
