He also highlighted his administration’s initiatives to refocus the productivity of the youth population in Kano, enhance food security, and address the devastating impact of drug abuse inherited from the previous administration.
Accordithe to him, ” the 24 skill acquisition centers have been reopened to empower youth, and 713 youth have been reformed and rehabilitated from thuggery activities through collaboration with the Nigerian Police.
Ms. De Wit, accompanied by the Chief of Mission, International Organization for Migration, Mr. Laurent De Boeck, pledged to collaborate with the Kano State Government in areas such as youth empowerment, food security, and climate change.
