Hundreds of New Nigeria People’s Party, NNPP, Chairmanship Aspirants who lost to the nomination of the party flag bearers, have accused the party hierarchy of alleged pocketing of the contest expression of interests form fees. Justice Inyang Edem Ekwo of the Federal High Court, Abuja, has dismissed a suit seeking the removal of Dr Abdullahi Ganduje as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress,( APC). However,the suit instituted against Ganduje by the APC North Central Group was thrown out on Monday by the Judge on various grounds. The Kano State Executive Council (SEC) has approved the conversion of Sa’adatu Rimi University of Education, Kumbotso, to Sa’adatu Rimi College of Education and as a degree awarding institution. However,based on this  development, Governor Abba Yusuf has dissolved the university‘s management, directing the Vice Chancellor to handover the affairs of the defunct university to his most senior deputy.
