A legal luminary Barrister Abdul Adamu Fage,,has said that no state in the federation can come out to criticize president Bola Ahmed Tinubu,on the removal of fuel subsidy, because it has increased the Federal allocation they received every month

Though he admitted that there were hardship, people were hungry and frustrated because of the fuel subsidy removed by president Tinubu’ s administration
Barrister Fage was making this statement on Sunday ,while commenting on president Tinubu’ s broadcast to the nation on the hunger nationwide protest that engurfled the country
According to him,” it was on record that after fuel subsidy was removed last year by president Tinubu’ a lot of revenue then accrued to the cover of Federal allocation, which all the 36 states shared and none of them complaint that they were not getting their share
However, when the statutory allocation were increased through the removal and there were an increment they were getting,it then expected from them to utilize this to address their respective needs of their populace
It was well known that each of them were collecting this allocation and there was no outcry from anyone of them to have voice out and against the fuel subsidy removal
The question is this ,as the Governor’s use the huge of money been collecting as a result of fuel subsidy removal judiciously
Mr.President also disclosed that about N 570 billion were released to the 36 states including the Federal capital territory
Barrister Fage added that look at the huge of money respective state were collecting every month adding that the aim of collecting these funds is to better myriad of challenges the populaces were facing
It was on the record that the huge amount our states in this country has never happened adding that the essence of this is to benefitted the citizens and not for personal benefits of these Governor’s
He then called on organisers of the protest to see reason with what president Tinubu’said by  shelve the ongoing hunger nationwide protests and engage in dialogue
By engage Mr.President in a dialogue, would pave the way for them to take their demands, outcry concerns adding that these would be critically address
Speaking in the same vein, the national president ex – council’s in the country,Honourable Ambassador Awal Kazeem Hassan hinted that the problem bedeviling the country, does not started yesterday or to be honest caused by president Tinubu’
The true has to be told ,that president Tinubu’ can never solve all these myriad of challenges inherited over night or within one year plus,it can never be possible
He needed to be given more time adding that going by numerous steps been taken given him up to December 2024, there would be a remarkable improvement
Hon .Hassan then called on the protesters to suspend the ongoing protest , because,it has been hijacked by miscreants who have been taken the advantage to loot and killed innocent people
He then said that they should engage in a positive dialogue with president Tinubu’on the way forward
However, many people who were interviewed across the state, said that they does not hear any good news from president Tinubu
” Our expectations from him have been dash,we were expecting him to open nation borders ,if at all can not reversed the fuel subsidy back
