AN outspoken member of All Progressive Congress ( APC) Alhaji (Dr.) Ilyasu Musa kwankwaso,has said that the suspension of Secretary to the State Government ( SSG) to Kano state,Dr.Abdullahi Bappah Bichi, has vindicated his several impressions , on the 2023 presidential candidate Dr.Rabiu Musa kwankwaso,of been,an alleged” political Marchant,who is ever ready to deal ruthlessly with whoever cross his lane to achieved his desperate ambition”
He then accused Dr.Kwankwaso of too much economical with true,by saying that the suspension of the SSG,was carried out by, the state New Nigeria People Party( NNPP)chairman, Hon.Hashim Dungurawa,asking of who then engineered the suspension,if not the handiwork of him( Kwankwaso)
I have been vindicated over my several comments,that the leader of NNPP Dr Kwankwaso will pocketed Kano state governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, because of his desperation for 2027 presidential ambition adding that this has started showing its faces going by the suspension of SSG
Kwankwaso made the assertion on Wednesday,when speaking with press in Kano
He emphasised that whatever I said on Dr.Kwankwaso on his alleged plans and moves to cage whoever in his party- NNPP, now started manifesting through the recent suspension of the SSG
He therefore disclosed that the suspension of SSG ,is just a tip of ice bag ,noting that more notable personalities within the NNPP,that ,Dr.Kwankwaso perceived as his political enemies would be shown way out of the party
The Kwankwaso APC’ chieftain then highlighted that if the NNPP presidential candidate in the last election, can meted out such a disgraceful attitude to Dr.Bichi,who most bigwigs in the party believed, had contributed both in kind and cash during the NNPP general election,who then can escaped the big hammer not to fell him or her
The only advise ,”I,as a politician can give to the state governor Abba Kabir Yusuf,is not to waste too much time ,to liberate himself from the political tutelage of his inlaw – Kwankwaso ,else his political integrity would be at stake and the Kano people would perceived him,to be a Governor without a control of act of governance
I will also urged president Bola Ahmed Tinubu,to be wary of Kwankwaso purported picthing tent with the APC,to avert been causing political disaffection within the rank and file members of the party
Though ,he said that people were free to joined the APC ,being a largest political party in Africa,but our leaders must be extra careful of those people that would not be an acidic acid to the progress of the party in future
He however recalled that the votes recorded by both the NNPP presidential candidate and governorship flagbearer in Kano,was not the singular political popularity of Dr.Kwankwaso neither of governor Yusuf
This he said ,were the already political popularity of politicians like , Senator Kawu Sunmaila , Hon Kabir Al- Hassan Rurum,a former house of assembly speaker ,with others adding that all these were chieftains of APC , before they defected to NNPP
Kwankwaso however commended the immense contributions of the Chairman Appropriation in House of Representatives,Hon.Abba Kabir Bichi adding that he has been trying all positive efforts to move the APC forward, through execution of laudable projects,both within and outside his federal constituency
It was on record that Hon.Bichi , various empowerment programmes,to people in Kano state coupled with provision of scholarship to indigenes of the state,has made the APC garnering popularities everyday in Kano state’ s politics
He then emphasised that the calibre of Hon.Buchi and other serious minded politicians were what the party needed to regained Kano state back to APC’ s fold and not those that would be a catalyst to it’s progress and thrown the party popularity into politics dustbin
