HumanManager, a leading HR and payroll technology company, strengthened its position as a trusted workforce solutions provider with a prominent exhibition at Lagos Tech Fest 2026, recently held in Lagos.

With more than three decades of experience supporting organisations across Africa, the company used the platform to showcase its workforce management systems designed to simplify compliance, streamline payroll processes, and enhance operational efficiency for businesses of all sizes.

Operating across Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia and Kenya, HumanManager provides solutions that enable organisations — from small and medium enterprises to large corporations and public institutions — to manage employee records efficiently and adapt quickly to regulatory changes.

The company said its technology helps businesses scale without losing control of core people operations.

Speaking at the event, Managing Director, Udy Ngele, emphasised the growing need for structured workforce systems in today’s evolving business environment.

“We are seeing a clear shift in the workplace; managing human capital has become more critical than ever,” Ngele said. “Recent tax law changes illustrate this well.

Organisations had to respond at unprecedented speed, and for those using HumanManager, the transition was seamless, with implementation that is both straightforward and adaptive.”

He noted that while technology has become widely accessible, its effective application remains the true differentiator.

“In the early days, the mantra was ‘talk is cheap, show me your technology.’ Today, technology is everywhere. The real value lies in how it is applied to solve real problems.

Our focus is not just on building technology but on enabling its best use. That is why our next phase is centred on integrating artificial intelligence into everyday workflows,” he said.

According to Ngele, the integration of artificial intelligence will unlock higher levels of efficiency and insight, enabling organisations to manage workforce processes more intelligently.

Now in its sixth edition, Lagos Tech Fest remains one of the most influential platforms within Nigeria’s innovation ecosystem.

The festival brings together startups, investors, government representatives, global technology companies, and industry stakeholders for conferences, exhibitions, pitch competitions and networking sessions aimed at driving digital transformation across the region.

Throughout the festival, HumanManager engaged business leaders and ecosystem stakeholders in discussions on building resilient systems capable of supporting compliance, cross-border expansion and operational clarity in increasingly complex regulatory environments.
