‎
However, the award, presented during the opening of Africa’s largest housing and construction event, recognizes Governor Yusuf’s outstanding achievements in infrastructure and affordable housing development in Kano State.
‎
While representing him at the occasion, the Commissioner for Housing and Development, Arc. Ibrahim Yakubu, who received the award on his behalf, expressed the government’s appreciation for the recognition.
‎
Making this known in a statement by the governor’s spokesperson, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, said the award reflects the administration’s commitment to sustainable urban development, improved housing delivery, and the revitalization of key infrastructure projects across the state.
