Gov Yusuf hails Tinubu’ s condolence visit to Kano business mogul Dantata’ s family

Kano State Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, has commended as well expressed heartfelt appreciation to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for personally visiting Kano to condole with the family of the late elder statesman and business icon, Alhaji Aminu Alhassan Dantata.
Aside from the appreciation extended to MrPresident, governor Yusuf added that this gesture will continue to linger in the mind of family of late business mogul and the citizens of the state ,as a demonstration of unique love and caring for the populace
He then described the President’s visit as a profound gesture of empathy and statesmanship, saying it brought immense comfort to the people of Kano and the grieving Dantata family.
Gov Yusuf who  recalled the President’s swift and dignified response to the news of Dantata’s passing — including the deployment of a high-level federal delegation to the burial in Madina, Saudi Arabia, and his personal diplomatic interventions that ensured a smooth and honourable funeral process.
This was contained in a statement issued  by the Governor’s spokesperson, Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa,a copy made available to press in Kano
He also stated that” Thee entire process was handled with remarkable dignity and efficiency, thanks to Your Excellency’s support,” Governor Yusuf stated.
According to him,Your personal presence here, despite your demanding schedule, is a powerful demonstration of leadership, compassion, and respect.”
However in his remarks during the visit, the eldest son of the deceased, Alhaji Tajudeen Aminu Dantata, also expressed deep appreciation to President Tinubu for standing by the family in both life and death.
He praised the President’s longstanding relationship with the late patriarch and affirmed the family’s commitment to preserving the values of humility, service, and generosity that defined their father’s legacy.
President Tinubu, while paying tribute to the late Dantata, described him as a symbol of integrity, humility, and service to humanity..”
President Bola Tinubu has said that the late business mogul, Alhaji Aminu Dantata’s contributions to Nigeria’s economic development and philanthropic efforts had left an indelible mark on the nation.
Mr.President recalled that ” Before the election, I came here to seek his prayers, and he gave them,”
According to him,”He was a man of immense personality, honesty, philanthropy and integrity, who devoted his life to the service of humanity and the upliftment of the less privileged,”
President Tinubu’ made the assertion on Friday in Kano when he visited the residence of the deceased to condole with his family.
Mr Tinubu described the late businessman as one who was unwaveringly committed to humanitarian causes in all aspects of life.
He however added that’If there is friendship and contact in the hereafter, Dantata will be in the marketplace distributing food to the needy and helping the sick”.
 President Tinubu’ stated that
he was in Kano to condole with the family and the entire people of the state.
“I thank you all for showing up gracefully and honourably to welcome me,” he said.
Mr Tinubu described the late businessman as one who was unwaveringly committed to humanitarian causes in all aspects of life.
