Protest : Kano police arrests 873 suspects ,transfer 73 youths display Rusian flag to Abuja

The Kano state police command,has confirmed arrested of  873 suspect for various crimes committed ,while the command had transferred 76 suspects who allegedly displayed Russian flag during the protests,to Police  force headquarters Abuja for discreet investigation on charges of sedition.
The State Commissioner of Police ( CP)Mr.Salman Dogo Garba on Monday,while parading some suspects at the State Police headquarters Bompai ,however disclosed that 600 suspects were arrested for various offences, including criminal conspiracy, inciting disturbance, riot, theft  mischief, and arson
While breaking down the figure of those attested,the CP said that
150  suspects arrested for violating the curfew enforced by the Kano State Government ,with an additional six suspects linked with masterminding the destruction, setting ablaze and looting of the Kano
According to him, two  suspected kidnappers, five suspected armed robbers,eight suspected car thieves
two human trafficking suspects and 23 suspected thugs (Yan Daba)

He however stated that two AK-47 Rifles, one Beretta Pistol 47 live ammunition,eight  motor vehicles four sacks containing Exol Tablets and two Bajaj Boxer Motorcycles
While 22  cows, 15 sheep, and four donkeys adding that the Kano State Police Command remains conmitted to maintaining law and order, preventing crime, and protecting the rights
Despite the challenges posed by the recent protest, it is important to highlight some of the achievements recorded by the Police Command in crime prevention, management, and control within the period under review.
The Command has remained resolute and steadfast in its duty to protect the lives and properties of all residents in Kano State. Through proactive policing rategies and community engagement, we have successfully achieved tremendous successes within the period under review with
