He stated that” As we mark this year’s Eid El-Kabir, on behalf of the Ministry of Information and Internal Affairs, I wish to extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kano State, Alh. Abba Kabir Yusuf”.
Waiya noted that ” This sacred occasion reminds us of the values of sacrifice, obedience, and devotion. I pray that Almighty Allah (SWT) continues to guide and protect His Excellency as he leads our dear state with vision, courage, and a strong commitment to delivering meaningful development and people-oriented programmes”.
I also heartily congratulate the Deputy Governor, Comrade Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo, on witnessing yet another Eid in good health and strength. May Allah bless him and his family with peace, joy, and continued success.

The commissioner also extended the Sallah message to the Speaker Kano state house of Assembly Isma’il Falgore and all Hon. Members of the Assembly;l, as well as Members of the National Assembly from Kano; and “my esteemed colleagues in the Kano State Executive Council”.
Waiya prayed that, “May this festive season strengthen our bonds of unity, deepen our faith, and usher in greater peace and prosperity for our state and the nation at large”.
