The Kano Peace Committee (KPC), has commended the Kano State Governor Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf and Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) Kano branch over the immediate settlement and intervention over the alleged harassment of a female Doctor working at Murtala Muhammad Specialist Hospital and Kano State Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs, and Poverty Reduction Hajiya Amina Abdullahi Sani, HOD.
However, this was contained in a statement signed by the convener and head of the secretariat, Amb. Ibrahim Waiya,a copy made available to press on Friday in Kano ”

Ambassador Waiya, therefore added that”The Kano Peace Committee is therefore pleased to commend the leadership of the NMA for the demonstrated high sense of maturity, responsibility, and humanity.
