Kwankwaso who disclosed this on Monday, when speaking with press in Kano,added that an election is won,through calculation,forcasting and strategies and not on noise making and rest on incumbency factor,which it’s era in politics has gone
According to him,the election victory of the APC governorship candidate Mr Monday Okpebholo, to have defeated a flagbearer of the PDP Mr.Asue Ighodalo ,who was
— backed by the ruling party in Edo state,stated that the era of incumbency factor winning election has gone forever in Nigeria’ s politics
He however disclosed that why the PDP is making noise during it’s campaign,the APC was calculating ,focusing and strategizing on how to secured good votes from it’s strong political hold, which the party had gotten and secured the overwhelmed walk over on the ruling party in Edo state
The party stakeholders, especially the national chairman of the party , Alhaji ( Dr) Abdullahi Umar Ganduje,with other notable party members during their respective campaign,mounted a concerted efforts to convinced the electorates on the need to cast votes for the party
This strategy then pave the way for the APC ,to garnered large number of votes from the Akoko Edo,the Esan north and east ,which gave the larger number of votes needed to sent the PDP to it’s political grave
Kwankwaso, while commenting president Bola Ahmed Tinubu for all his words of encouragements , during the party campaign in Edo state ,he also hailed the relentless efforts and strong commitments of Dr.Ganduje,who always telling members not to be disturbed by the so called incumbency factor
He however disclosed that feelers been getting from Zamfara and Kano states,is that those of the party ruling the state were confused and afraid that with APC winning in Edo, despite the incumbency factor of PDP, their survival in 2027 may be at stake
Kwankwaso therefore urged members of the APC , especially Mr President,the national chairman of the party and all other stakeholders to reserve the winning formula of Edo to capture both Kano and Zamfara states during the 2027, the party can do this with prayers
When commenting on the success so far recorded in ensuring security of lives and property in the country and especially in the North west ,the APC stalwart Kwankwaso added that the country is achieving more success and progress in waging war on armed banditry and other social ills ravaging the region
He commended the minister of defence Alhaji BelloMatawale and the national security adviser ( NSA) Nuhu Ribadu, for not been destracted and disturbed by various campaign of calunmnies mounted against them,but thanked them for remained focus and determined in making sure peace reign across the country and north west in particular
He prayed that by the grace of Almighty God,the issue of insecurity bedeviling the country at large and in the northern part of the country would soon be a forgotten issue
Kwankwaso however urged the entire people in the country ,to shun politics of pulling them down and be ready to furnish the security apparatus all needed informations needed to nip in the bud plans ,those few enemies of the country who were not wishing the country well
